I'm a guy with no expectations of a compliment on a haircut--but I get them, lots of them, when Katt does my hair. This has never happened before, but I like it! In fact, I used to put haircuts off because I hated having to "go get one". Not any longer. I think that Katt is really a skilled artist doing a side hustle as a hair cutter. I got the best haircut I have had in 10 years at this salon. They are so friendly and professional. Very welcoming and take the time to give you the best haircut cut. I also saw a woman leaving the salon with the most wonderful Auburn color she had just received at this place. I will continue to go to this salon for the rest of my years
My mom’s hair LONG got singed a bit so she went to a local place to fix it up a bit, Jamie completely messed up her hair, chopped it all SHORT weirdly and unevenly. To make it worse, she said things like “your kids will LOVE this” (nobody did) and “look at all this hair on the floor!” After we looked through her instagram we noticed that ALL OF HER HAIRCUTS ARE THE EXACT SAME!! She only knows one style and it’s not for everyone (or anyone)
Kathaleen was AMAZING today. Called her on a whim this morning after a different hair salon failed to cut my bangs as desired. She squeezed me in today just in time for my hair to look good on vacation! Did an amazing job and was super nice to talk to. Will definitely be coming back!
Jamie absolutely ruined my mom's hair. All shades of orange,yellow, and over processing. She doesn't answer and ghosts you when you call to get your hair fixed. Even doesn't show up for small claims court. That goodness the judge granted a refund- shouldn't have to be that hard. Bombshell Salon totally worked their magic and fixed it ❤️ What a strange lady who lacks professionalism, skill, and accountability. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I care about.
