Contact was great throughout while my husband was waiting to receive his new card driving license. Helped us with all forms etc on the day of pick up. I had a thoroughly good experience at Lowton Motor Company. Paul was very helpful and professional despite me pushing him on price as much as possible. The car was prepared to a high standard with a good warranty and despite only being a smaller car I was treated well in the same way as those buying high spec marques. It remains to be seen how the city car purchased performs long term but on first impressions a well looked after car by its previous owner and prepared well by the garage and good customer service all round. AVOID!!!! Sales rep told me car was available to view, I told him I'm on the way right now and he took my name and number. I said I'll be an hour an half as that's how far I lived from the garage. As promised I arrived on time, when I walked in I was told the car wasn't availible to view as it was getting work done! Why couldn't he have told me this during the hour and half he had while I was driving all this way to the garage?!?! He had My number!
