My main issue is that you cut my front fence, which isn’t the shared fence. You removed part of my front fence and disposed of it in your skip bin without my consent, and now my side gate doesn’t close properly because your new fence is over the boundary. I recently had the unfortunate experience of witnessing the workmanship of Lowther builders during their project on Dinsdale street. I feel compelled to share my thoughts due to the significant disruption and mess caused by their work. From the beginning, the site was chaotic. Construction materials were strewn across the street, making it difficult for both pedestrians and vehicles to navigate. Worse still, the mess didn’t end with just debris. We have now been living in a Lowther-built, architect-designed home for just over a year. Because of some of the design features this was an extremely demanding and complex construction undertaking.
