Shame! Misrepresentation is illegal Ins Adjuster. Not HR – BAD BAD BAD I had a very bad experience with this firm. I was informend by my company that they were hiriing an outside firm to investigate my complaints grievance response for an erroneous reprimand and discrimination observations during my period of employment. This representative acted as an investigator, mind you, she is an ins adjuster, she pulled out a recorder, asked my name ager, prior employers without asking my permision first prior to using the recorder. Bad Bad Bad – TRIED to work with Lowther and Associates. It took them over a month (and not answering several phone calls/msgs) to deny my claim. They provided NO helpful information and were rude to speak to and hard to deal with. I felt I had to pry basic information out of her like the firm name and my claim number! I highly suggest finding a different insurance agency.
