Fantastic. The staff are friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand what is happening and what the next steps are. The are more than happy to take the time to show you their work & explain any outstanding issues that they are waiting on parts to resolve. They showed me damage to my headlight that I would have never seen, and called me the moment the replacement arrived. The shop is spotless. The work is excellent. Fast turn around. 5 stars is not enough, I wish I could give 10.

The Brisbane MINI dealership painted the roof of our Mini the same colour as the car. Completed at the BMW dealership under full new car warranty. But, the window rubbers and all trim was haphazardly put back in place. The guys at FIX AUTO Gladstone did an awesome job replacing all the rubbers and trim. Absolutely brand new again.
