Donte did a great job. I am a pretty handy guy but a tenant of mine had a stuck up sink. I had already run my own 15 foot snake down the drain with no luck. Don't suggested installing a clean out in the basement now everything is working perfectly and if it happens again I can use the clean out in the basement to snake it out from that end as well.

Randy and his assistant, Paul, were very professional and pleasant. Randy clearly knew what he was doing and took his time to diagnose the, which ended up being a total stack replacement. They also took their time in performing the work due to the nature of some of the quirks of my old house. He explained what he was doing and why and was very clear about pricing.
