we requested a quote and a technician came out to look at our project, we are remodeling our bathroom so it's a big project. The technician Geo never got back to us with the quote. He said he would email me within the week but I still haven't heard from him. I have called Lowry twice and told them we wanted the quote. We paid $90 as a "service fee" for this guy to come out and give us a quote. We definitely won't be going with this place. They can't even do the simplest things right
Everytime they come and fix something they do a fabulous job. Always giving us options which is nice for unexpected repairs.
