THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not contact them for any services, they gave me the run around for two days to tell me they can’t fix anything. Also, shana the representative was getting smart all day and hung up on me telling me there was no one above her to talk to!
Just had field supervisor Mike and an apprentice come out and service my newly purchased home for plumbing issues. I was very pleased and happy we went with Lowry. In and out, very quick, very polite and Courteous To with keeping their work areas clean. I would recommend and use them again with out a doubt. Mike was very knowledgeable about the issues and was a very nice guy.
