Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
