I would describe my experience as poor, and specifically Noelle Lowery’s practices as: disrespectful, belittling, rude, arbitrary, and somewhat scummy. I had made an appointment about 5 weeks out to get an assessment done after being referred to this practice. This place is Amazing! First off, they awnser the phone! The Receptionist Ashley was sooo sweet accommodating and knowledgeable when scheduling,( which is rare in most medical offices). I am new to mental health and she explained to me exactly what I needed answers for. I didn’t know exactly what I needed when I called , I just knew I needed help, and someone to talk to. Went in to have a conversation about my child getting adhd/autism testing. Was told when making the appointment that I would be seeing the counselor to give another perspective on the child's behavior when in reality I saw the psychologist. After our appointment, Dr. Lowry told me that my child did not need testing. She then mailed a letter terminating services due to guardian disagreement which was not the case.
This place is phenomenal. Came here for a psychological evaluation, and was then able to continue therapy through them for my diagnosis. They took my insurance and are extremely affordable. 100% recommend them for anyone, children and adults alike
