This place is Amazing! First off, they awnser the phone! The Receptionist Ashley was sooo sweet accommodating and knowledgeable when scheduling,( which is rare in most medical offices). I am new to mental health and she explained to me exactly what I needed answers for. I didn’t know exactly what I needed when I called , I just knew I needed help, and someone to talk to. Went in to have a conversation about my child getting adhd/autism testing. Was told when making the appointment that I would be seeing the counselor to give another perspective on the child's behavior when in reality I saw the psychologist. After our appointment, Dr. Lowry told me that my child did not need testing. She then mailed a letter terminating services due to guardian disagreement which was not the case.
This place is phenomenal. Came here for a psychological evaluation, and was then able to continue therapy through them for my diagnosis. They took my insurance and are extremely affordable. 100% recommend them for anyone, children and adults alike
I contacted this group for continuity of care. Dr. Lowry was wonderful! She explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable with testing procedures. Highly recommend!!
