I wish they had their prices posted. By paying up front, at least you aren’t surprised with a bill at pick up. However, you don’t see the detail of each item, just get a total to pay and no way to confirm you’re being properly charged. Turn around time was 6 days (dropped off Thursday, ready Wednesday), items were well cleaned.
I have gone to them for a suit and comforter cleaning and it was great they even packaged the comforter! Highly recommend!
I feel like I've been robbed. I have 2 holes in my favorite pair of shorts. I took them in to get stitched up and patched up. Well let's just say a 6 year old could see better than who ever charged me $30 for less than acceptable patchwork. Secondly, I took my Patagonia Down jacket to get dry cleaned. I paid $120 delivered. To have it dry cleaned, which looks and smells NO different. They charged me $60. No wonder why they have only 3 stars. I literally now have to take my shorts to a more reputable place.
Great service. Brought in a pair of pants with a funny spot on the knee. Not sure if the pant was worn out or if it was just a dirt spot. Rather than charge me for dry cleaning, the owner tried steaming the area and the spot came right out. You can’t get better service than that. I will definitely go back for all my dry cleaning needs.
