Careless!
Extremely disappointed with my latest dry clean. Suit smells and is definitely not clean. Really bummed because I needed it cleaned for a wedding.
I wish they had their prices posted. By paying up front, at least you aren’t surprised with a bill at pick up. However, you don’t see the detail of each item, just get a total to pay and no way to confirm you’re being properly charged. Turn around time was 6 days (dropped off Thursday, ready Wednesday), items were well cleaned.
I have gone to them for a suit and comforter cleaning and it was great they even packaged the comforter! Highly recommend!
