I love these workouts! I work out at my own pace, competing against only myself, never feel like anyone is watching except the coach.
I love these workouts! I work out at my own pace, competing against only myself, never feel like anyone is watching except the coach.
Location appeared well equipped on the inside. Poor experience when I went down to join. I felt shamed for wanting to join without already being in good shape. Seemed like it was only welcoming to people with experience and muscle.
