I messaged them and said i want to order parts and said they don't have them in stock and it will take next year till it comes and they ask me if i still want it and i said yes and then stopped replying (this was last years convo) and the names Chris. I already send them a photo of what i need and the engine number where it was fitted but seems clueless.
The all team is top, and Chris at the service is next level. Difficult to finds better people in the business. At first hand you fell looked after, never treated like next client, they listen and they do right thing to you.....ex: replace a default CDI at warrenty cost, and all the rest of the job is just top notch. So tumbs up, and I will buy my next Beta there! Ludo
The Team at Beta have been the best bike shop I've ever dealt with in the way of information, parts and spares. They actually care about the purchaser showing genuine interest. Bike is excellent. Highly recommend.
