THE WORST TITLE COMPANY THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH!!! I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM EVEN THIS ONE STAR IF I HAVEN'T NEED TO.... SUPER COCKY AND PASSIVE AGRESSIVE!!! A DEAL ALMOST FELL THROGH BECAUSE OF A 14 DAYS DELAY CAUSED BY THEM....
Warning, stay afar - their service and credential are questionable. The "auditor" is incompetent.
We had so bad experience with them , asked for second opinion but got the same auditor , very rude and impolite custemer service .
As a State Farm client, we have had independent audits conducted by Lowry and Associates, per State Farm policies. Multiple times, over multiple years, Lowry has erred in their calculations, resulting in hundreds if not thousands of dollars of erroneous charges in their audits. This in turn has created multiple hours of our companies time - wasted. Lowry needs to focus on the basics of business; double check your work and be competent in what your doing.
be nice if they answered there phone always have to leave a message and takes day to call back i get to work early to help them they are no very helpful
