This company's website never works properly and it has made submitting my insurance audit a huge pain every year. Also, their contact form doesn't work on their site so I can't even notify them of the problem.
I would normally never write a review about an auditor, but I had to write this review about a woman named Olivia Groshong I had my workers comp audit done by Olivia Groshong . She was very helpful and she went out of her way to help me figure out exactly what I needed to do so my records would be done correctly. Thank you so much. Truly appreciate the help and professionalism that you provided.
We currently use Next Insurance for some of our insurance policies. Lowry and Associates has been identified as the one to conduct their audits (at least for our plans). Their archaic systems cause copious amounts of delay getting them the relative information they need is like pulling teeth. Someone should buy them and just improve their systems. We'll be leaving Next Insurance because the auditing here is such a waste of my time.
They had me perform an insurance audit. After I completed all the paperwork for them Susan sent an email saying “oops wrong company” Can’t even make this stuff up, what a waste.
