The owner of this place is just rude a disrespectful. He talks down to you are a nothing and makes it where I would never do business with them and would like to warn everyone to stay away from them.
Was not fitted for hearing aids to make sure they would fit and then charged $370.00 to return because they did not fit. Go somewhere where you can trial before being charged for their error.
Lowrey's advertising is right on target. Outstanding products and service. I have always had the impression that George and Andria really care (a lot) about my happiness with my instruments. That's why I am enjoying my second pair from Lowrey's. They are, by far, the best.
