We recently worked with Lowney's Landscaping Center on a project that included retaining walls, hardscapes and plantings. Brad Baker was our main contact and great to work with. He was always timely with our meetings and followed up as planned. I also appreciate that Brad was willing to share his honest opinion on various ideas rather than just "taking an order". I am very happy with the project and communication from start to finish. Brad Baker our salesperson, was very on top of every aspect of what needed to be completed and was quick in getting the quote back to us. He followed up after the project with a site visit to make sure we were completely satisfied. Ethan our foreman and his team were very conscientious and worked hard to get the project completed in the timeline presented. Our landscaping was about 20 years old and due for an overhaul. We wanted to remove rocks, replace bushes, and add fill dirt and mulch. Lowney's rep Bethany came by and talked us through options and later designed a plan. Tim did a walk-through with us and discussed the how, when (timeline) and who of the project. The Freedom Baseball Club worked with Brad Baker on this project and both Brad and the Lowney's crew met and exceeded our expectations. Lowney's has completely renovated diamond number 4 and it looks better than most college level baseball fields. The grass has never looked greener. The infield is sloped and graded properly to drain as efficient as possible. From start to finish Brad was very attentive to the smallest details and made this project as stress free as possible. I owned a business for 45 years, Keeping things organized flowing and on time is no easy task! Mike and Chris are a great team, very pleasant to work with and they do what they say!
