I’ve been trying to contact my caseworker for snap benefits for 2 weeks now and I have called other numbers also I can’t get through to anyone at all for anything to be fixed.
Nicole at the front desk is very rude. No good morning or hello or anything. Not sure what her deal is. She also didn’t know what she was doing. She had me standing at the desk while she looked for my paperwork for 10 minutes. Hate coming here!
Haven’t seen a doctor for a while because they cost arms and legs. I had to get a procedure done (birth control removal) called around every family practitioners and they were not willing to help me. I was told I need to establish with them first, and just for talking to a doctor/NP for establishment, it would cost me more than $200. And then they were going to tell me if they can do the procedure or not. So for nothing, I had to give them +$200 for them to see if they can perform procedure or not. What a scam.
