2 deals with this firm, both times, the law clerk mixed up the file after closing day and sent me some one else's data (via email). The data breach was incredibly infuriating but understood because likely the high volume of transactions these firms deal with. Nonethesless, they should do better case management, I'm worried how many other clients have likely received my data / closing packages. Email is just not the suitable method to manage closing day mayhem!
