One of the tellers, I think her name was Mary, was very rude and was on her phone. She didn’t assist any customer and was very unhelpful to her own employees.
I give you a -100, been calling all day and nobody ever answers the phone. I've been in there many times and there's several people usually not doing anything except talking so I guess they are so busy they don't even have time to answer the phone. I think this is a pretty good representation of how the Columbus government actually works. I got a feeling it's only going to get a lot worse real soon.
No one will answer in property tax office and you can’t leave a message when they transfer you to the message thing because it’s not set up.
