I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cristina and Sandra at the Lown Group in Chestnut Hill. If there were an option to give more than five stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. In all medical offices, the front desk can feel transactional, but Cristina and Sandra are the true face of this practice. Wonderful physician and nurse practitioner. Very professional, thorough, communicates health issues and/or concerns very well. Excellent office staff who are exceedingly responsive.
