Alan was amazingly helpful and went out of his way for us. We lost our camper trailer crank on the way to Jurien Bay which we needed to raise the roof. Alan came to see the situation, made us a new crank and dropped it off to us on a Saturday. Such a lovely guy and outstanding service.
