Low Key! Maybe they should rename the company well below average or Houdini rooves, as I've not been able to contact them for 12 months........ I had a roof quoted by the father Trevor I believe his name was, many months later during Covid the son Chris Kellher requoted and mentioned that the father had made mistakes. I have paid in excess of $14k and am now unable to contact for the past 6 months. Have left numerous messages and emails to no avail
I'm sitting under my Lowkey built verandah 10 years on and thinking it's one of the best decisions I ever made. Everyone who comes here comments on how good it looks. Quality is judged on how it stands the test of time. I remember the professionalism of this company when the construction was done. Highly recommend.
Difficult to rate accurately as there are positives and negatives. I can't argue with the construction (which appears to be of a high quality and the team definitely know what they're doing), but the communication before and during was frustrating to say the least and recent emails relating to the installation have gone ignored. I guess if you can live with the frustration of unclear communication (when it comes) then you'll probably get a good result.
