Bought a blue jump bike online. $256 dollars. Payment went through instantly. Received a call my color of choice wasn't available. I asked for e refund and was told no problem. I received an email stating my money has been refunded. That was a week ago and still have not gotten my refund back. I have sent 4 emails to customer support and no reply. My experience was not good at all . Use your judgement. As for my refund I'm still trying to receive it
This place was amazing and super easy going. I ordered a scooter online with no problems at all. Shipping was quick and easy. They have the best customer service helping with all my questions. I’ll definitely come back to this place!
Will not order from this site again everything went smoothly up until it was time to deliver my motorcycle its now been 2 weeks and a day and I can’t get any update on when i will receive my delivery I feel like that’s more on the freight company that lowest price atv chooses to use I’ve called them multiple times and they can’t give me an answer and seem very confused as to when their trucks leave service centers or make any movement at all I work a job and have now had to miss 2 days of work because I was told my delivery ... read more
