Fast response to service call. Friendly and efficient service. Juwan was knowledgeable. Very upfront about repairs and cost of each aspect of the repair as he did the work. There is no surprise about cost at the end of service. I would recommend him to anyone in the area that needs HVAC services.

Juwan is awesome! He took great care of me. He showed up on time, charged a fair price and everything is working great. Highly recommend him for and HVAC, plumbing or electrical work, I will be calling him for anything I need in the future

� DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid this company $2,900 to fix my HVAC system, but the original issue is still completely unresolved. They took my money, failed to repair the problem, and have not made things right. Save your money and call a reputable company instead. Absolute waste of time and thousands of dollars.

Avoid Lowe Temp Control at all costs. Juwan knowingly left my HVAC installation incomplete, admitted he refused to finish the original job because of a personal issue with the previous owner, took $40 from me, promised to return, and then disappeared. I had to pay another company $402 to fix what he failed to do. This is dishonest, unprofessional behavior and shows zero integrity. After investigating his court records, I am not at all surprised.
