This dude is a complete liar, this unit does not work until this day. I was at work and my wife paid him in full when he said it was done and it only needed one more pound of Freon and he’d be back tomorrow. 100’s of excuses later but never shows up. Scammed me out of my time and money waiting on me. He is a liar and should not be trusted.
Juwan came to install a new outside AC unit. When it came time to turn the AC on 10 days later, the unit did not work. He said the compressor went bad. It was under warranty, so he replaced the compressor but charged us for adding Freon. He said he didn’t have enough Freon but he’d be back the next day to finish adding. He never came back. Again it got warm and we turned the unit on, nothing. The heat only worked on emergency heat and no AC. He kept telling us he’d be there the next day, then the next day, and so on.
