Horrible customer service! I tried to return an item that I had purchased two days prior that was defective. I was told that all they could do was give me the phone number of the manufacturer. The item was not on the list of excluded items on the return policy. I contacted corporate and received a phone call the next day. Corporate agreed with me 100%!
