My experience at the Sanford Lowe’s is very inconsistent. They have lots of handicap parking near the garden center but lots of times when parking there the garden center isn’t open which defeats the purpose for people with disabilities to park there. Customer service is hit or miss. I’ve had good service but also surprisingly poor.
I have had a wonderful experience with Marji at the pro desk. Her customer service is always incredible, she is always helping me and others find everything we need. Employees like her make shopping such a great experience. If you need anything Marji is the person to go to. Thank you.
Took my return and very nice. No problem and made a new purchase.
