We have been waiting on flooring for our new house for days and then weeks. We got a phone call that our flooring was in and that they just needed to scan it in because it was on the floor and they didn't know whose it was. I went to the pickup and she said yes they had 33 cases for us I waited for 2 hours for the forklift. I called customer service after the ordeal and I was told THAT was somebody else's flooring... Waiting until next Wednesday at least. Others have said they had a similar experience and will never go back.... read more
