Why don't you all answer the phone I called 6 times and never got anybody on the phone . But if you go to the store there are people walking around doing nothing.

I religiously shop here and today maybe the worst experience I’ve ever had out of any other store that Ive ever gone too. I tried calling the store multiple times to speak to a manager about an issue that I’m having after leaving the store. No one picks up and the call hangs up After a certain amount of rings. Very disappointing !!!

Shout out to Lowes... Sanford. I've never liked the fact that they put cages in on the electrical aisle, Even though they probably had to keep people from walking off with the wire. Today, I was in the store and noticed they had new computer scanners where you can call for an assistant or use your phone to unlock the cage. So I chose use my phone. I entered my number. Lowe’s Sanford needs a better way for customer service. No I don’t want AI assist! And you would think a phone ringing over thirty minutes someone would pickup! Customer service sinks!
