I've enjoyed going to this Lowes for years now. The staff will always be able to point you in the right direction but its ultimately you who makes the decision. I've never had a problem with any recommendations the staff has made at this lowes.
An employee at Lowe's sexually harassed my wife for over a year when she would go in there. It made her so uncomfortable, I had to talk to the store manager and HR about the employee making kissing noises and calling my wife flirty names. I haven't seen the employee since. That's one isolated incident, and any business can have a bad employee. I get it. However, I often have a hard time finding an associate to help me.
