I have always had good service from ithis store but I don't know what has happened - it took them three trips to get my lumber order correct.
I have always had great service at this lowes. One of the managers, Landon, always provides us with superior help. He is the only reason we shop here and not Home Depot. Their prices are great and they always have a great selection. Landon is very personable and has a great smile.

WE HAD THE WORST TIME AT LOWES IN ALCOA TN. WE SPENT 15,000.00 FOR CABINETS,GUTTERS,WINDOWS,SIDING,ETC. COULDNT GET THRU TO LOWES CUSTOMER SERVICE,AND IT TOOK THEM 2 OR 3 COMPANIES TO GET WORK DONE AND ITS STILL NOT ALL DONE,NUMEROUS CALLS AND BROKEN CABINETS AND THEIR SUB CONTRACTORS WONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS OR SCHEDULE A DATE WITHOUT GOING UP THERE IN PERSON AND GETTING UPSET WITH THEM TO GET ANYTHING ACCOMPLISHED,DEFINATELY DONT USE LOWES IN ALCOA FOR YOUR NEEDS UNLESS YOU WANT LOTS OF DRAMA AND HEADACHES.
