Depends what you're looking for. I went to the Lowes garden department to look for plastic window boxes and plants. The department was chaotic the aisles were blocked with carts and boxes and the shelves were messy. They had a very poor selection of plant containers, did not have any window boxes but the plants looked fine. I like to shop at Lowes for hardware and paint. The service is usually very good.
