We just wanted two interior doors replaced and six weeks later as you can see in the images this is what we were left with from Rock Solid construction. After countless phone calls to Lowes Corporate, Rock Solid and the local Lowes store we still do not have this resolved. The door they installed was the wrong door and the installation is far less than acceptable. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, that is not an option. My experience at Lowe’s was extremely disappointing and misleading. While we were at the checkout counter making a large purchase, an employee approached us and enthusiastically said, “Wow, you’re making a big purchase today. Would you like 20% off?” She explained that if we applied for a Lowe’s credit card, we would receive 20% off our purchase. Great staff from local community that cares to assist and help customers
James (young fella with long curly hair) did a great job helping with questions I had at the garden center. If he didn’t have an answer for us he would call the walky-talky and get us an answer. Thanks for the great quality customer service.
My complaint is there is never any lumber carts in the store. I always have to get one from outside. There carts are beat up and barely rolling most of the time. I usually can't find anyone in lumber that's willing to help. If there is someone, there face is in there phone or there getting crushed at the register. Other than that, not to bad of a Lowes.
