We misplaced our keys and were walking the store when Dalton approached and asked if we needed help with something. We told him our situation he informed associates of the misplaced keys and helped us look until we located them. Shout out to Dalton for going above and beyond.

I had a frustrating experience at Lowe’s. When I asked Robin for help, she seemed uninterested and unwilling to assist. I felt dismissed instead of supported. Another employee, Jess, appeared to spend a lot of time socializing and walking around the store instead of assisting customers. During my visit, it was difficult to find staff who were actively helping shoppers. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. A lot of stuff, but most staff don't know where anything is, or even what items are for. I was searching for a bidet I saw on website, stated it was in store, finally hunted down employee, he finally located it on top shelf in a large box and said, "you don't really want me to get that down do you?"What?!!! Of course I did! I told him that was the entire reason I was in the store and had as of then spent nearly an hour searching for the item.
