Had the customer service lady, Jane (large dirty lady), tell me I couldn't use my ecertificate unless it was printed because "I'm in charge and I said so" so I had to wait 20 min for the manager, Al, to come and tell me it was fine. Terrible attitudes, terrible service, isles are empty and dirty. Worst Lowes ever.
