Usually Lowes is great. Tonight we went to get wood to make light boxes for our bands special effects equipment. The man that helped us and cut the plywood for us was a rude individual. We explained what we needed and he attempted to draw it out. However, he apparently had NO IDEA what he was doing. I was in your store the other day and I countered one of your employees in plumbing. I had a plumbing problem and ask this young mans opinion of what to do and how to get it done. He's name was Jim . Boy without his knowledge I was lost. Not only did he get the right materials he showed me how to get it done. This is one this that will bring me back to your store,very nice, polite young man.
