Always convenient and uncrowded.
It’s a shame that a big mega corporation like Lowes does not compensate its employees based on performance that is why they absolutely have no help. I asked the carpet guy to figure out how many yards of carpet I needed for a 12 x 17 room and he had no idea how many square feet were in a square yard. This is unacceptable. How do you expect people to come and shop at your store when there are so many other local options with skilled and qualified employees available to assist you. October 1st and off to a great start! The store is always clean and organized with friendly staff. This morning at 6am a redheaded young lady with glasses at self-checkout greeted me right away, helped me, and even made some small talk. It was such a nice way to start the day—I hope she gets recognized for her great customer service! Thanks she made my day.
