Three staff in the Wood department did not know how to pick up fence was. They didn’t know if you had any supplies for that when showed one on camera by phone. The checker at the checkout point said maybe it would be better to call in the morning.

Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this.
