Great access from the highway.
You need to go into this location, having done your research and knowing exactly what you want, aisle, bin, etc... because the employees won't know what you need, and act bothered when you ask a question. To customer service, don't take customers' phones out of their hands.
This vernal location has the the most useless staff I have ever experienced. The old lady's at the pro desk are raunchy and act like they don't need to help you, every time I go to get an order they dont have it ready, the idiot on the forklift dropped my order of 60 trex boards off the forks from about 5 feet up and screwed up the ends on alot of them. All in all this has got to be the most ridiculous lowes I've ever shopped at. Complete incompetence is what they look for in there hiring process.
