In the spring of 2016 I contracted Lowes to make improvements to my home. The job was close to $12,000. The Sub Contractor arrived with a crew of mostly untrained workers who did a sloppy job, this was confirmed by the store staff. Simply put, I arrived expecting a finished job and found a refrigerator in my dinning room with scratches on my hardwood flooring, dents in the appliance.
