I went into the Thomaston lowes today looking for info on spring pins for my pool.temp fix ..The guy in my aisle I needed was super busy with a customer that was not getting done any time soon ..Then I see a man come up my aisle and I asked him about pins and my pool problem and he was the nicest guy to deal with talking to etc ..His name was Harry he was a veteran and it was the most pleasant time I ever had there talking to someone..And trust me that store and I have had our share of words ..and more . SAM. Front loader is SO wonderful that he should get promoted. He gently noticed that we are older and went out of his way to get us a price on a heave object, take it to the register z, loaded it in the car smiling gently, chatting about us and our plants. He is a treasure.
Last week I was researching water softener systems and was a bit confused. So I headed to Lowe’s and spoke with Rob (I believe he had a Pro Vest on). He was so knowledgeable and helpful in speaking with me to understand how the system works and which product to add for full benefits.
