Staff not helpful. Needed a range. Unable to get anyone on the phone so drove quite a distance. Took 45 minutes to order with the lady at the desk. She then said there was a problem and the guy that could handle it was on break. Took our number for him to call and he never did. Went to Home Depot. Easy transaction. Even delivered a floor model on discount. Lowe’s had said they can’t deliver their opened ones. Many more employees at Home Depot willing to help over the years.
Ordered same day delivery a week ago. Every day I get the same "You have a new delivery date" for the following day. On this order is 30 bats of insulation. There is a bulk discount for 15 or more. I need to get the job started so I'm going to go in and pick up 15 additional bats. They only have 12. So I speak to the manager and explain that I've been waiting a week for my "SAME DAY" delivery and would like the remaining stock at the bulk price so I could get started. No was her simple reply. Staff is super friendly and store is well organized and stocked. Love to bring my pup here and shop around
