I rarely write negative reviews. But I am at my wits end. This review is for a Frigidaire fridge that I bought from this Lowe's a few months ago. It's already broken (no ice and loud noises) and I am on hold with Frigidaire now for the 4th time. Repair person no-showed today. Product is still under warranty. Will never buy a Frigidaire product again. When I try to leave a review for the product I get an error. Do half of my home projects here great place
This is one of the best stores in retail history. They are so much better at everything, particularly in friendly customer service, unlike the orange place about a mile away, where it's disrespectful from the manager on down. You won't see five employees hiding in one isle together here, and looking at you with bad intentions when you walk by.
