I had a very disappointing experience with customer service on Sunday, March 22. Around 4:55pm I came in to return six plants along with a few seed items. When I approached the customer service desk, two employees were standing with their backs turned, talking to each other. My daughter and I stood there for about 1–2 minutes before they acknowledged us.
