Employee at customer service desk was condescending and rude. Employee#2 came over and completed the request in less than 3 minutes. It was a very simple refund for a coupon amount that I didn't have with me the day before. I was even told 'no problem' to bring in the coupon and apply it the next day. Employee#1 was just being difficult and for some reason said that what I was asking for was 'gonna be a problem'. I like Lowe's but not this store because of the way I was treated.
