Pete was a big help! Me and my dad needed a heavy duty T40 for a big car job. All we could find was TT40. Pete came and helped us get what we needed for the job. His previous car experience was a huge help. Very professional and helpful.
Store would not take back. Have not had this issue at home Depot guess I'm not going to Lowe's anymore. While Jesus and staff were nice their limited ability to help was frustrating for all. I let them know that I would not pick my back, I hope that they do because it's important for corporate to know the impact that their policies have on their customers and their business. Tried calling the number but got bounced around to the store which never picked up.
