Monica was especially helpful in purchasing a zero turn mower unfortunately had to return and she is very helpful and cares for the customer.
If they can't honor their extended warranties they need to stop selling them. I have been waiting since May 23, 2025 for my washer to get repaired. We are now in July 2025. Unacceptable.
Whatever you do don't call this store, you will be on it for over 20 minutes trying to find your product. no one else to answer the phones in the different departments. Store is under staffed and no one to help with heavy lifting of items. I will shop at local stores. No more big hardware
