I've had two problems so far with this Lowes location. I purchased a hammer one day from them and the first time I used it the handle broke off. More recently I purchased some screen spline so I could repair my screen door. The so-called expert working there picked out the spline that I needed for this particular job and of course it turned out to be the wrong size - too wide. So now I have to make another trip to Lowes in order to make an exchange. Pitiful.
