SHOULD BE 0. Regarding the Lowe's Protection Plan 5-year extended warranty. I had to pay $552.00 out of my pocket to get my Samsung French Door refrigerator repaired. Service Call: $140; parts $412. I have (had) 6 months remaining on my 5-year warranty for my Samsung refrigerator. I called, e-mailed, texted, went to the front counter. The front counter had a text message sent to me which was a $100 rebate for a $2,500 (September 2019) refrigerator.
