Received my Refund nice , customer service was great
We had to buy for a new house. 2 bathrooms and a kitchen worth of tile with Vanities and faucets. Catherine was awsome she was with us for about 2 hours helping us pick out everything. I have never had an experience like this and it was awsome. She was peasant, friendly and so outgoing to make our selections what we needed. We will be looking for her in future visits.
Tried to return to hooks told me I needed a receipt I couldn't use my credit card twice then went back today and the lady said no problem just don't get it
