We drive 35min to get to Lowe’s Kimbal. A couple of weeks ago we purchased a premix exterior wood stain and loved it. Came back to purchase a 5 gallon of the same but they had to mix. After I hired a guy to finish the job he noticed color was completely off. Had to cancel the guys work for that day, drive all the way back to Lowe’s and when we commented on the color difference they knew all along that premix is different than store mixed. We used to enjoy shopping at this location and they had helpful friendly cashiers. They've now installed all self checkout - so go work for Lowe's free and then go home and do your do-it-yourself projects. Lowe's, please do better and provide customer service like you used to.
