I’m here frequently, at least several times a week. The staff are generally okay, but I am absolutely fed up with the experience in the store. Every aisle on the lumber end of the store is packed so full of online orders that it’s impossible to navigate with a lumber cart, sometimes even a standard cart. It means I have to either forego what I want or move everybody else’s stuff out of the way. When the staff are done with forklift operations, they leave the gates up and the aisles full of product.
