December 8,2016 we went into the store to buy the rest of our countertops to finish the remodeling on our kitchen of course they were out of stock so they said we could order it. We order the rest of our counter top had to pay double for it they assured us it would be there in there store on December 26 not there they said it was delayed because of Christmas then they told us the 30th. We had to call them again in the mean time they said they had my husbands phone number wrong on his file so they were suppose to correct that... read more
I have always shopped at Lowe's but they could do a little better on stocking items I went to buy a 32oz Fiberglass Reisin and they said they had some in Lenoir and Hickory stores and it showed up on the computer that Lowe's of Morganton had it also but they didn't or couldn't find it, and who wants to drive to Hickory or Lenoir when they should have stocked it here local, I think we need someone that can handle the restocking here at Lowes of Morganton... Thanks
