My husband and I are re-doing the floor in our basement and the second floor simultaneously, so naturally we had a lot of questions. Ashanty was incredibly helpful and kind. Incompetent employees. I had a $1,000 retaining wall block order delivered outside of the delivery window. The driver called me 3 hours before the delivery window started and seemed annoyed that I wasn’t home. He left the delivery in my driveway and the incorrect wall caps were delivered. I called Lowe’s to have them pick up the incorrect items and deliver the correct items. The delivery driver showed up outside the delivery window again and didn’t even make contact with me.
