The team at lowes went above and beyond today. They helped saved my dogs life. This is not their job in anyway and I came in panicked looking for help. Nothing I had at home was sharp enough to cut the container off and my dog was losing oxygen. I was able to cut a small hole to get him just enough air. No vets within 30mins were open and I didn't have time. Lowes is near my home and I know they sell things sharp enough to put heavy duty materials. Amazing customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
The store is well organized and clean. However the employees will hide from you and for no doubt avoid any customer contact. I do shop here instead of Home Depot because of the employee. Just like Home Depot the rare interaction with a employee is far more pleasant, a utter waste of time, but more pleasant and polite
