I only missed the 48 hours by 30 hours come on now. Your assistant manager on Friday at around 2 PM was totally worthless. The clerk that helped me was very helpful. The best Lowe's I've ever seen!
Have recently had too many problems with Lowe's. Ordered some Teak oil online for delivery and the order was canceled. Other problems in the past month have forced metk take my business elsewhere.
Purchased large capacity Whirlpool washer from Lowe's in Lexington Park, MD and had Lowe's delivery pickup and haul away the old and install the new. The installers were two young men that were fast, efficient, and professional. They also gave me sufficient time to clean the area where the old washer was removed before installation, they were super patient. They were very business-minded and explained how the machine worked as well as took it through a cycle to ensure proper installation.
