I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a lawn mower from this location less than a month ago. I didn't open it until today because I didn't need to cut my grass until now and I didn't have anywhere to store an in-tact lawn mower because I had to finish building my shed. Anyway, I opened the box (which looked like it had been opened and re-taped, not even taped all the way) and the batteries and charger that were supposed to come with it were missing. No big deal. I hate to say it, very similar mirrors were available at Walmart for less than half of their price.
Just bought a new LG washer/ dryer combo. Sales person, Jaclb, was fabulous...helpful and knowledgeable. However, delivery and installation not good. They brought them in and said "unfortunately " they couldn't hook up dryer due to the vent going into the floor. And " unfortunately " they couldn't hook up washer because there was a chip our of my washer drain pan. So I called someone outside of Lowe's to finish the job.
