My husband and I purchased a refrigerator two days ago, and was delivered today. Unfortunately, there were a few scratches that were rather unpleasant to look at. Today however, both Gregg working with screws and Raymond Martinez in plumbing exemplified customer service to the maximum and put a caring face on Lowe's, like never experienced.
