I made a purchase 2 1/2 days ago for about $1000 which included chainsaw, weedeater, blower ladder, etc. I forgot to buy chain oil so I never got to use the chainsaw. Came back to return the chainsaw and Was told that I only had a 48 hour return window. The associates were very rude. I asked for a manager and Chris came out to basically say that he’s not above Lowes policy with degrading demeanor. It doesn’t state that on the receipt which I provided. My husband And I went into Lowe's (Ellijay) yesterday 10/23/25 looking for a screen porch fan. We were met by the store manager, Brett, who took us right away to the fan boxes that matched our specs. He was very informative on what size to look for for our room demiminsions. I was very impressed by his expertise.
