As I purchased a home in the area my real-estate agent mentioned there was a Home Depot in Petoskey. I moved in and found the Lowe's and wondered why it wasn't mentioned. After a few purchases and encounters with Lowe's store Mgt. clarity and understanding. I was thinking about getting some heating pellets, enough for a season. The manager on duty said if I found bags that were wet, I "could return them." No qualifications, just the store would swap them out. I went into Lowe's in Petoskey to get some paint. I admit I was a little stressed because I didn't know what I would need. There were two men who were phenomenal there. Ryan in the paint department got me everything I needed and was a wonderful help. Todd, who was at the self service department was phenomenal. He gave me a wealth of good information to help me with what I needed and then some. I came into the store stressed and left the store blessed. Thank you very much
